MEET Lawrence

A Fighter for West Warwick and Coventry. A Voice for Rhode Island.

Lawrence Almagno Jr. grew up in Rhode Island, attended Saint John's University, and earned his law degree from Roger Williams University in 2012. He founded Almagno Law to fight for the people of Rhode Island — injured workers, families wronged by corporations, and small business owners navigating a complex legal system. That same drive now fuels his campaign for State Representative in District 27.

Lawrence believes the State House needs people who have actually fought for everyday Rhode Islanders — not just talked about it. As a practicing attorney and Rising Star by Super Lawyers, he has spent over a decade holding powerful interests accountable in court. Now he's ready to do the same for District 27.

Outside the courtroom, Lawrence founded the American Youth Rugby League Association, bringing toughness, teamwork, and resilience to young people across the region. He is deeply committed to West Warwick and Coventry and believes public service is the highest form of community investment.
